1. Standard Delivery

• Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Available across all cities in Egypt.

2. Same-Day Delivery

• Same-day delivery service is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM in Cairo and Giza.
• An additional fee will be applied for this service.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and service type (Standard or Same-Day Delivery).
• Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped to monitor the delivery status.

5. Failed Deliveries

• If the delivery fails due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, the delivery will be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.
